Terms and Conditions of “Extraordinary Living and Shopping Experience”: 

1. “Extraordinary Living and Shopping Experience” (hereinafter called “Promotion”) runs from now to 30 November 2023, both dates inclusive or until the quota is full, whichever is earlier (hereinafter called “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is on a first-come-first-serve basis, while the quota lasts.
2. To be a qualified applicant, he or she must be a new tenant who directly sign off a 24-month or above tenancy agreement directly with Signature Homes' Residential Leasing under Sun Hung Kai Properties.
3. The applicant should directly apply for the Promotion to Signature Homes' Residential Leasing. 
4. The applicant shall not be any staff of the Sun Hung Kai Properties Group, its subsidiaries or affiliates (including Signature Homes Residential Leasing). 
5. The applicant must be a new tenant of any Signature Homes Residential Leasing properties, who has not made any direct or indirect contact (e.g. via property agent) with Signature Homes Residential Leasing or the Landlord within a period of six months before the date of introduction. 
6. The applicant will be entitled to receive designated rewards (hereinafter called “Rewards”) as shown below upon fulfilling the aforesaid requirements and has successfully signed off a 24-month or above tenancy agreement with Signature Homes Residential Leasing for designated residences (hereinafter called “New Tenancy Agreement”) within the Promotion Period.

8. Each applicant is entitled to the Rewards once. 
9. Butler and ifc mall Redemption Letter of the Rewards (hereinafter called “Redemption Letter”) will be issued to the applicant within 30 days after signing the New Tenancy Agreement. The applicant is required to follow the instructions stated in the Redemption Letter to redeem the Rewards.
10. Butler and ifc mall Redemption Letter can only be redeemed for Rewards once respectively. Lost, stolen, or damaged Redemption Letters will not be reissued.
11. Regarding the Butler rewards, the applicant must scan the QR Code stated on Butler Redemption Letter and contact Butler via WhatsApp (+852 3001 5278） to redeem the offers and activate their membership. The credits and membership will only be valid for 1 year starting from the activation date. If there are no activation before 31st August 2024, the credit will be expired and deemed invalid. 12. Regarding the ifc mall rewards, it will be awarded by Hong Kong ifc mall (hereinafter called "ifc mall") upon presenting a valid Redemption Letter at CLUB ic Lobby at ifc mall and has successfully registered for CLUB ic membership in person on or before 31 January 2024. Late registration will not be accepted.
13. Regarding the ifc mall rewards, for applicant who are existing CLUB ic Green member or Purple member, ifc mall will extend a membership upgrade to Gold tier by presenting the Redemption Letter.
14. Regarding the ifc mall rewards, the membership will only be activated upon completion of registration with all necessary information. Applicant will be entitled to the ifc mall e-Gift Vouchers (“Voucher) subject to the fulfillment of the requirement in Clause 6. The Voucher will be valid from the date of issuance to 31 December 2024 (“both dates inclusive”).  The Voucher will be available after login to CLUB ic account on “ifc mall (Hong Kong)” iPhone/Android applications and can only be used at outlets of the participating merchants at ifc mall. Please refer to the list of the participating merchants on the App. Other terms and conditions of the Voucher apply. 
15. Regarding the ifc mall rewards, the applicant will be entitled to a CLUB ic Gold membership until 31 December 2024, starting from the membership registered date. Thereafter, the membership level will be reviewed in the beginning of 2025 and determined by the total ifc Points accumulated in 2024. If the Applicant reached 300,000 ifc Points or above before 31 December 2024, the membership tier upgrade to Platinum or above will be reflected on the next day of ifc Points registration. The use and validity of the CLUB ic Gold membership are subject to respective terms and conditions.
16. Regarding the ifc mall rewards, the applicant who is an existing CLUB ic Gold above member upon the date of redemption will only be entitled to the Voucher, subject to the fulfillment of the requirement in Clause 6.
17. The Rewards cannot be refunded and/or redeemed for cash. 
18. The Rewards are supplied by Butler and ifc mall, and are subject to respective terms and conditions. Signature Homes Residential Leasing shall assume no responsibility for the quality of the goods or services redeemed or rendered and their after-sales services. 19. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers offered by Signature Homes Residential Leasing.
20. Signature Homes Residential Leasing and Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited reserve the final right to cancel, terminate or change any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The entitlement of the Rewards shall be at the sole discretion of Signature Homes Residential Leasing and Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited.
21. The conditions aforesaid are subject to the terms and conditions of the New Tenancy Agreement and the availabilities for selected residential leasing properties of Signature Homes Residential Leasing. 22. Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and Signature Homes Residential Leasing reserve the right of interpretation to the aforesaid terms and conditions in case of any dispute, which interpretation shall be binding and conclusive.
23. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
24. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
