Terms & Conditions of the “Pacific View (Block 2) Rewards Programme”

1. The “Pacific View (Block 2) Rewards Programme” (the “Promotion”) runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to the availability of residential units and Rewards.
2. To be eligible for the Promotion, a participant shall: (a)  enter into a tenancy agreement for a term of 24 month or longer at Pacific View (Block 2) directly with Signature Homes Residential Leasing during the Promotion Period, (b) not be an existing or former tenant or occupant of any Signature Homes property, and (c) not have made any direct or indirect contact (including through a property agent) with Signature Homes Residential Leasing regarding Pacific View (Block 2) during the six-month period immediately preceding the date on which the participant first enquires about Pacific View (Block 2).
3. A participant shall apply for the Promotion directly through Signature Homes Residential Leasing and, when first enquiring about Pacific View (Block 2), expressly state that the participant wishes to participate in the “Pacific View (Block 2) Rewards Programme”.
4. The participant shall not be any staff of the Sun Hung Kai Properties Group, its subsidiaries, or affiliates (including Signature Homes Residential Leasing).
5. Signature Homes Residential Leasing reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to request supporting documentation where necessary.
6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers offered by Signature Homes Residential Leasing.
7. Signature Homes Residential Leasing and Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, amend or terminate the Promotion or any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The eligibility of a participant, the availability of a Reward and the granting of any Reward shall be subject to the final decision of Signature Homes Residential Leasing and Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited.
