Terms and Conditions of Elevated Every Referral with Signature Duet

1. Elevate Every Referral with Signature Duet (“Promotion”) runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2027, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. The referrer must be an existing registered occupant under a valid tenancy agreement of the Signature Homes residential leasing property or serviced apartment under the Sun Hung Kai Properties Group (“Referrer”).

3. The Referrer should introduce a new tenant (“Referee”) directly to Signature Homes.

4. The Referee shall not be an existing or former tenant or occupant of any Signature Homes properties in Hong Kong or PRC, or any staff of Sun Hung Kai Properties Group and its subsidiaries or affiliates (including Signature Homes).

5. The Referee has not made any direct or indirect contact (e.g. via property agent) with Signature Homes within a period of six months before the date of introduction.

6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, including but not limited to corporate offers. Where multiple promotions apply, Signature Homes shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine which promotion prevails and is applicable.

7. A redemption letter of Referral Rewards (“Redemption Letter”) will be issued to the Referrer within 30 days after the Successful Referral. Referrer is required to follow the instructions stated in the Redemption Letter to redeem the Referral Rewards.

8. The Redemption Letter can only be redeemed for Referral Rewards once. Lost, stolen, or damaged Redemption Letters will not be reissued.

9. The Referral Rewards cannot be refunded and/or redeemed for cash.

10. The Referral Rewards are subject to availability. Signature Homes reserves the final right to discontinue the Referral Rewards or to substitute a similar reward of equal value at any time without notice prior to that Referral Rewards being redeemed.
